At Outdoor Research, we stand behind our gear and offer a 60-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached. We want to ensure you have the right equipment for your next adventure, so we make the reconciliation process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid USPS shipping label provided at the end of the portal process and attach it securely to your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your items in the original shipping box or a similar durable mailer, ensuring all original tags are included, and drop it off at any authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
